היה מיקום מושלם ממש 7 דק הליכה מהשוק ועל רחוב יפו, בעלי הדירה היו זמינים לכל מה שרצינו, ענו במהירות, היה פשוט להכנס לבניין והיה חנייה שזה יתרון מטורף בירושלים. הדירה היתה ברמה גבוהה, יפה ומפנקת.
הניקיון דרוש שיפור וזה משהו שהם יכולים לתקן בקלי קלות. קיבלנו מצעים שחלקם לא היו נקיים וביקשנו חדשים וישר הביאו מה שצריך והיו נחמדים מאד. אמרנו את זה לבעלי הדירה והוא ישר אמר שהוא ידבר עם חברת הניקיון, ומיד לקח אחריות והתנצל. שירות מעולה ממש
