Grange Rd Flat 3 one bedroom flat

Location excellent. Newly refurbished. Clean. Good shower. Bed comfy. Tasteful furnishings but not enough to make it comfortable. Basically equipped.

Lots of facilities lacking. No non-slip mat in shower. Washing up bowl jammed under sink. No dish cloths to wipe surfaces. Freezer compartment completely iced up. Blind propped against wall in bedroom. Thin net curtain allowed no privacy and light from bedroom opposite glared all night. No sockets near to mirror to plug in hairdryer. No dressing table in bedroom to apply make-up. No instructions for tv. No info in details regarding stairs only access. Unsuitable for mobility problems or pushchairs. No info that permit parking didn't apply Sundays. Apt very stark. Bar stools uncomfortable. Not homely. Blood stain on outer door, and both sides of apt entry door. Adequate for short stay.
