The property was so clean , the staff and owners were friendly and accommodating. It was my 2nd time of going there and that’s like home away from home. Will always use this anytime I’m in oudsthoorn as long as it’s available

Overall neatness of the apartment
Even though it was self catering unit, most places I stay in has a coffee station with coffee at least for the day of arrival. Freezer cant fit anything as it is frozen over. There was chewing gum in my bedding which I found a bit disgusting to be honest. The ceiling fan is also very noisy and may need some attention.Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom for washing hands. For the price I paid, these things could have been included. To other small things like the vanity handle in the bathrom and tap in the kitchen also can be fixed in my opinion.
