Taras ogrodzony tujami i płotem, dający poczucie bezpieczeństwa z widokiem na skocznie i trenujących skoczków, 2 bardzo duże pokoje z 2 łazienkami, z czego jeden posiadał aneks kuchenny i wyjście na taras, Parter - brak konieczności wnoszenia bagaży po schodach.

Wyjątkowa czystość , przestronny apartament, dodatkową atrakcją w postaci skoczni narciarskiej więc oglądanie z balkonu skoków narciarskich w gratisie. Blisko do centrum.
Słaba izolacja pomiędzy piętrami. Kroki gości z wyższego piętra słyszalne co było fość uciążliwe we wrażliwych godzinach+rano i noc. Jednak że względu na pozostałe walory mamy plamy wrócić do tego obiektu ponownie
