Lovely sea view

Quiet but Disappointing

We stayed in this apartment in January as a group of four adults and two small children. While the apartment does have some positive aspects, unfortunately the negatives outweighed them. On the positive side, the apartment is located in a good and safe area and offers a beautiful view. It is exceptionally quiet—probably the quietest place I have stayed in anywhere in Spain—so sleeping at night was never an issue. The apartment was also pleasantly warm, even though it was very cold outside.

Unfortunately, the main issues were quite serious. Hot water was very unreliable. The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold, and when trying to adjust it to a normal temperature, the water heater would lose pressure and stop heating altogether. It was impossible for six people to shower one after another, which is particularly problematic given that the apartment is advertised as suitable for up to eight guests. This may also explain why we were not provided with enough towels. We needed to cook during our stay, but the kitchen was very poorly equipped. Only after I contacted the agency to point out that there was not even a basic spatula and that the pans were so badly scratched they were unusable did they bring us new ones. They also delivered additional cutlery and bowls, as there was not enough dishware even for six people. The coffee cups were chipped, and drinks leaked out of them. Hygiene was another major concern. We found a significant amount of dirty dishes upon arrival, and the sponge by the sink was clearly used, torn, and dirty. We were given only one garbage bag, and the kitchen contained absolutely no basics—no salt, no oil, nothing at all. Compared to other Airbnb accommodations, where basic spices, a welcome bottle of water, or dishwasher or washing machine detergent are commonly provided, this was a very unpleasant surprise. It was also odd that only one set of keys was initially provided for such a large group. We received a second set only after specifically requesting it. Overall, we would not choose to stay in this apartment again.

Excellent clean large apartment. Perfect for our needs. Right across the road from the beach and very central to loads of restaurants. Having a parking spot was great as we had a hire car.

The sign-in was a bit problematic as the remote door open didn’t function and we got in by luck as someone was exiting the building.

Not staying there again

It was clean

Rooms were very small and the toilet door lock was broken and we were a group of friends so it was so annoying and not comfortable to use this toilet And we left 5 days ago and still didn’t receive the deposit money which was 200 euros

Non consiglio

L’appartamento è sul mare, in un quartiere ben fornito per quanto riguarda supermercati e bar. È a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Malaga, 10 dalla stazione del Porto.

La struttura richiede 200€ di cauzione prima dell’ingresso, che si impegna a restituire a fine soggiorno, una volta accertato che non ci siano danni. A noi è purtroppo capitato di dover richiedere indietro ripetutamente i soldi della cauzione che loro non volevano ridarci perché sospettavano che noi avessimo rotto un tavolino (che al nostro ingresso era già rotto, come tanti altri mobili tra l’altro). Ci siamo dovuti rivolgere all’assistenza di Booking nel momento in cui il proprietario ci ha proposto di lasciare una recensione da 10 solo dopo la quale ci avrebbe restituito i 200€ di cauzione. Dato che questo appartamento non si merita una recensione da 10 (i bagni hanno i mobili rotti, ci è stato dato un solo asciugamano a testa, la pulizia è scarsa, la cucina aveva il pavimento appiccicoso, oltre ad essere sporca era davvero poco fornita per 8 persone, l’aria condizionata in due stanze non funzionava e in altre due era troppo forte), abbiamo deciso di non accettare l’accordo proposto dal proprietario, che solamente dopo essersi interfacciato con Booking ha deciso di ridarci i 200€. Sinceramente per il prezzo che ha questa casa, per gli scarsi servizi che offre non la consiglio.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży, promenady. 15 minut od stacji kolejowej spacerem. 20 minut spacerem od centrum. W pobliżu Carrefour oraz LIDL. NIedaleko restauracje, kawiarnie i lodziarnia.
