Peaceful and beautiful

Everythig's perfect. There is a market nearby that sells very delicious fried fish and cheeses.

10-1 is 9 because TV set haven't not a connection with any cabble or antenna.

Very good value for money

A very easy going, easy to check-in and comfy accomodation. Even for longer stays. There's a kitchen and a small outside area with view into a garden. Excellent shower. Good bed. A snack place just opposite. Very quiet during the night, even though that it's next to a bigger street. There's a fridge in your room, plates and cups and facilities to boil water. Even a Nespresso machine for coffee is provided. Very good. Bus No 5 brings you very fast and easy to Eindhoven Centraal. I had room 303 and paid 70,- Euro for one night for a weekday in June 2025.

The room is nice. Location as well. The building was noisy. Lock on bathroom was difficult to lock.

The location was good. The bedroom perfectly equipped. Had heating.

The bathroom door did not lock, so it was extremely hard to use. The other people in the building made imense noise. Slamming doors, shouting, etc. As a women travelling alone I was quite uncomfortable. Very hard to get a suitcase up the stairs.

Er was niets goed, verselijk slecht, een schande dat booking.com dit aanbiedt als verblijf

Slecht onderhouden kamer, foto's duidelijk niet representatief. Meubilair beschadigd en ziet er armoedig uit. TV aanwezig maar geen aansluiting, waarom dan een TV? Wasgoed op de hal voor de kamer. Gehorig voor andere ruimtes en verkeer. Defecte WC op de gang terwijl indruk gewekt werd dat die op de kamer was. Douchekop stortdouche eraf, hand douche spuit alle kanten op. Ik kan nog even doorgaan, maar een ding staat vast: ABSOLUUT AF TE RADEN.

Locatie was handig

TV niet aangesloten en niet bruikbaar. Sowieso niet te bekijken door de hoek van de kast. WC gedeeld niet schoon. Lichten niet stopcontact. Voor het geld was de aankleding te simpel. Voelde te duur aan.

Het pand is erg rumoerig. Je hoort letterlijk alles. Ook verkeer wat voorbij raast De rolgordijnen zijn beslist geen succes. Komt nog veel licht binnen. Lamp naast bed deed het niet. Tv deed het niet. Geen personeel waar je je kan melden. Alle schriftelijke communicatie is in het Engels. Ik kon niet slapen Er was zoveel geluid dat ik 's nachts om 2 uur mijn spullen heb gepakt en naar huis ben gereden. Weggegooid geld. Eens maar nooit meer

Prima voor een paar nachten, maar voor langer verblijf en betere prijs-kwaliteit wat aandachtpunten

De kamer was netjes, de wifi deed het naar verwachting, hoe je binnen moest komen en uit kon checken was netjes en in detail weergegeven en de locatie was prima.

De douchekoppen en de keuken waren niet helemaal schoon en netjes en de kwalteit van het water was slecht. Daar zou wel wat meer aandacht aan besteed kunnen worden om ook gezond, schoon kraanwater en douchewater te installeren, wat de reviews en de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding zou kunnen verbeteren. Idealny na jedną noc. Na dłuższy pobyt nie polecam.

W miarę dobra lokalizacja. Można dojechać w 10-15 min. autobusem z dworca. Sprawny i intuicyjny sposób odbierana klucza z sejfu przy wejściu. Dobrze urządzony pokój, nawet przestronny. Biurko do pracy, lodówka, ekspres do kawy, czajnik elektryczny, prysznic, umywalka, talerze i sztućce. Spore łóżko z wygodnym materacem.

Głośna ulica na zewnątrz - bez zamkniętych okien może być problem, by zasnąć. Współdzielona toaleta na wszystkie pokoje. Telewizor nie odbiera sygnału - może służyć jedynie jako dodatkowy monitor do podłączenia innych urządzeń. Brak śniadania, mimo że na dole jest restauracja, która mogłaby służyć takiemu celowi w godzinach porannych. Strome, wąskie i trochę obskurne podejście na piętro, gdzie mieszczą się pokoje.

Niet echt geschikt voor zakelijk reizen

Er was een ventilator op de kamer

Geen wc op de kamer en de gehele indruk van het gebouw was niet netjes, de deuren beschadigd en vies . De hal en trap ook erg vuil. Slechts 1 raam kon open met veel lawaai van de straat maar een warme kamer. De communicatie was omslachtig en er lang over moeten doen om de code van de sleutel te verkrijgen.

Está bien ubicado, tiene nevera particular y cocina y terraza común. Es fácil encontrar aparcamiento fuera gratuito y cerca.

La ducha estaba dentro de la misma habitación, estaría bien que hubiera una cortina al menos. El vater estaba fuera y era compartido, pero solo se comparte con dos habitaciones y jamás coincidimos.
