Thoughtful accommodation and extras. Host brought us extra pillows and towels when requested and picked up my mom when she was struggling to climb the hill from town. Thank you!
My WhatsApp glitched and I wasn't able to contact the property by text for several hours prior to arrival. I sent messages through Booking.com that weren't responded to. My suggestion would be, if there's only one way to contact the hosts to get in day of arrival, there should be more information. (Like please use WhatsApp to contact this number to arrange a key handoff, messages through Booking.com may not be received. Another way of getting in touch, like a personal email or social media would be helpful as well.)
Mattresses also weren't very comfortable.
