There was construction above us for about 2-3 days. It was noisy for 2-3 days. The pans and pots in the kitchen need to be replaced.

الشقة جيدة والاستقبال جيد، الشقة نظيفة ، الموقع 10 دقائق بالسيارة الى السوق ، باركينج خاص ، شعب طيب.
ولكن البلكونة تتسع لشخص واحد واقفا وبدون كراسي ولا تدخله الشمس.

Can not find any faults with this place, as advertised and pictures are accurate. Great looking decor. Ideal place for family very secure and friendly neighbourhood. Plenty of cafes outside and a fantstic restaurant called Wijdan around the corner 2 mins walk! Get booking!!!
No facility for an iron due to fire risks which is understandable, but there were a few places close by that offer ironing service if required. Water to the apartment was turned off for a few hours due to unscheduled maintenance but restored in the early hours of the morning didn’t disrupt the stay.

Appartement bien situé dans un immeuble sécurisé avec parking. L'appartement est spacieux et moderne le plus ce sont les 2 salles de bains.
L'appartement est situé à côté de nombreux restaurants boulangerie et épicerie ce qui est très avantageux.
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil pour la remise des clés.
Par contre le point négatif c'est la propreté du salon et de la cuisine.
Le tapis du salon était sale et laisse une odeur désagréable
Les canapé marocain sentaient mauvais et ont besoin d'être lavé.
La vaisselle de la cuisine était très usée
Des remonté d égoût dans une salle de bain
De plus un voisin d'en face n'a pas arrêté de faire du bruit avec les travaux de sa porte d'entrée pendant 3 jours et 3 nuits. Jusqu'à notre départ
Le wifi est médiocre prévoir la 4g
