I did not have the opportunity to interact with the staff, as no one was present when I arrived or when I checked out. The hostel is well suited for Camino pilgrims, offering practical facilities such as a washing machine and dryer with detergent included, as well as good drying areas for clothes.

The indoor areas had a noticeable smell of dampness and dust, which may be uncomfortable for guests with allergies or sensitivities. Although the women's bathroom was clean, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate and making the space difficult to use. Considering the facilities and overall experience, I found the price somewhat high for what was offered.
