The staff’s behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. Earlier, he had already WhatsApp me with parking instructions and other guidelines — so he clearly had every chance to send the door password at the same time. But he didn’t. When I arrived at 2 a.m., the access card didn’t work at all. I called him many times before he finally answered. Only then he told me the unit door doesn’t even use an access card and actually requires a password. He also mentioned that “the access card is for everything,” which is clearly not true. The unit door uses a password, while other areas use the access card — so what he said was misleading. This is a basic responsibility. Why didn’t he send the password together with the earlier WhatsApp guidelines after I made the payment? Instead, I was left standing outside in the middle of the night, calling over and over just to get information that should have been provided from the start. Making a guest wait outside at 2 a.m. because of your own negligence is unacceptable. If he didn’t pick up, where was I supposed to stay at that hour? And the worst part is he didn’t even apologize — not a single word. If your operation hours end at 11:59 p.m., the least you can do is send the password earlier. There is absolutely no reason to hold it back until the guest arrives. This type of service is careless, misleading, and completely unprofessional.
