Apartmán je zhruba 300m od moře a asi 10min. od centra města. Blízko je obchod, tržnice. Takže skvělá poloha. Apartmán pěkně čistý, velmi dobře vybavený. Má i pěkné posezení venku. Vlastní parkovací místo .Majitel vstřícný , fajn, Žádný problém s předáním klíčů ani s komunikací.

L’appartamento è molto curato e molto ben accessoriato. Ha una bellissima veranda e un piccolo giardino, il tutto crea un’atmosfera molto intima. Inoltre è situato in zona strategica: 200 mt. dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico.

L'appartamento, ben arredato (lavatrice compresa), è pulito e spazioso. Dispone inoltre di un giardino interno (molto curato, con piante aromatiche) dove un grande tavolo e sedie comode consentono di mangiare all'aperto.
