The house had everything that could be needed for a short stay! Clean, comfortable, well equipped. All the dishes, towels, beach toys and chairs, stroller, wagon. Communication with the host was easy and she answered quickly if we had questions/issues.
The condition of the property is top notch!
We really enjoyed our time there!
The ceiling fan in the room with the bunk bed is a safety issue. One of our kids got hit by this fan when she was climbing up on the bed. Unfortunately, it was impossible to keep the light on and the fan off. Just be careful with that fan.

We loved the house and how much room there was. Very clean and a great location.
The lawn was up to our knees and the beach access across from the house was close for construction so we had to walk alot to get to the beach.

Lots of room, comfortable beds, balconies, spacious kitchen, nice primary suite. We appreciate being allowed to check in an hour earlier ( not always an option) and we checked out an hour earlier.
Things I would expect were missing such as a cutting board, soap in shower, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer in primary bathroom and dish soap, dish brush, scrubber in kitchen. Some plates were chipped and toilet seats had paint missing. Very simple fixes!

House is in a good location, and is very large
House is for sale, and it seems maintenance is not a priority anymore. Kitchen is beautiful, but utensils are lacking. Shower heads have little pressure and/or are leaking. Many light bulbs are not working. Towels have seen better days. Some of the balcony doors are very hard to open.
