Caesar Premium Apartment in Ermoupoli

Apparemment très fonctionnel pour l’essentiel, très belle vue depuis la cuisine (agréable au réveil en préparant le café), bien situé par rapport au centre-ville (10mn à pied du port et de l’arrêt de bus qui dessert la plupart des villages de Syros), très propre et l’hôte est très arrangeant.

L’accès, mais rien que l’hôte puisse faire, c’est situé en haut de nombreuses marches à gravir (donc inaccessible en voiture), et avec une valise de 20kg seule ayant des problèmes de dos, disons que c’était pas le meilleur souvenir de mon voyage.

Very nice apartment for its size, comfortable rooms and good location near the centre. The staff was also polite.

Breakfast was provided in a basket (marmalade, 4 pieces of cake, 2 small pouches of coffee) and only the first day of our stay. We had no breakfast delivered the next 3 days of our stay despite the fact that the description of the apartment included breakfast. No new towels were provided after the first night. No bed sheets were changed. In conclusion, no room service appeared during our whole stay in the apartment. Despite the fact that the staff, after our first contact during our arrival, was very kind and informed us to call them anytime we needed something, they expected phone calls from us to provide us with essential things (eg. Only 2 toilet paper provided for the whole stay). Surely not value for money for a property that was provided with many deficiencies and no willingness from the manager to come first and solve them as there is no purpose to make continuous phone calls to request for simple things that every property should have.
