Great location, 5 minutes walk to the marina.
The apartment is exactly like the photos, it is very comfortable and well equipped
The pool was clean and calm
They keep your deposit for 1 month after checkout for no reason. Still haven't received mine after more than 1 month
Key collection was a disaster, we dealt with a very rude member of staff, Lenor. She was very unhelpful, tried to shift the blame to the guests, and claimed we had all the necessary information before arrival; however, she only sent all of the information messages AFTER check-in. Each time I left the office after another problem, she sent a message with the information she claimed we had already received.
We were given no information for locating the apartment or accessing the apartment. Once inside, there is a lot of information about locating and accessing the apartment, which is pointless once you've managed to get yourself inside. The biggest issue is the location of the key collection, it is at least 2km from the apartment, which I knew before arrival, but because of issues upon checking in, it was necessary to return to this location multiple times.
We were also not notified about the 200EUR deposit before check-in. Despite Lenor claiming we received this message before arrival, she only sent it after leaving the office. She was unable to find a working card machine that allowed us to pay the deposit, so we were forced to use cash, and when I asked for a receipt or any proof, I was told no. We didn't leave until we had something in writing, but it was very unprofessional behaviour, and we were even told that she "didn't have time for this" despite the office being empty. After returning the next day, the issue was resolved in minutes with another card machine and a different member of staff.
