We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent, probably one of the best in Arrecife. The highlight is without a doubt the terrace and the amazing view. We loved having breakfast there in the morning while watching the city wake up, and in the evenings it was great to enjoy the atmosphere of the waterfront and nearby restaurants. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. The apartment itself is bright, comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. It felt like a place where you could comfortably stay for a much longer period of time. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. She replied quickly to all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. The only thing worth mentioning is parking. Since the apartment is located in the historic center, finding a free parking space nearby can be difficult, especially later in the evening. The host offers a private garage directly underneath the building for an additional fee, which would be a great solution. Our SUV technically fit inside, but the space was quite tight and it was not very comfortable to maneuver in and out on a daily basis, so we decided not to use it. Instead, we parked in a public parking area about 7–10 minutes’ walk from the apartment, which worked perfectly well during our stay.

The apartment is spotless and literally a home away from home. The view is fantastic. The pictures are a true representation of the apartment . The host Anna is amazing and super friendly. I was limited due to an injury and Anna was so accommodating and helpful.

The view from the large terrace was excellent. It had a sunny aspect all day. Despite the closeness of the many super restaurants, it was very quiet at night. It felt safe as a solo lady. Very well equipped and modern kitchen. Lots of hot water for showers. My questions before arrival were answered really quickly and Ana solved the problem of no spare blanket immediately. Small supermarket 10mins walk.

The front view is fabulous, but the second terrace with the BBQ overlooks a derelict building, a shame. It's quite a small apartment, bedroom at one end connected to the small kitchen/living area by a long corridor. The lack of usable space in this living area was evident, as it was impossible to watch TV sitting on the sofa was too close and couldn't be moved back because of the kitchen table. A number of flights of stairs before entering the apartment was a bit of a challenge but this was highlighted in the apartment description. The location is in a very dismal area at the rear, there is no taxi rank nor bus stops nearby and it's a long walk to the main bus station to travel around the island. Confusing address, although it's stated on Booking as Jacinto Borges Diaz, the door is in an alley off this street and does not have a number.. An uphill trek to take the rubbish out. I didn't like being told so many house rules before I'd arrived and also on arrival, it is unnecessary.

Die Wohnung ist in allerbester Lage in Arrecife mit direktem Blick auf den Charco. Ausstattung sehr gut, komfortables Bett, toller Blick und alles sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung sieht in echt auch nochmal schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Große Empfehlung!
