Noix De Coco - Modern 4 BR Villa

Great size for a group of friends, the beds are super comfortable, the big speaker is awesome too. The staff are super friendly and helpful and it’s in a good location.

No projector outside as advertised, but that’s ok as we didn’t have any need for it.

В проектировке виллы есть странности. - ванная в master bedroom полностью прозрачная; чтобы скрыть происходящее внутри ее нужно полностью зашторивать жалюзи, из-за чего зеркало не висит на стене, а просто прислонено к закрытой занавеске. - проектор, который есть на фотографиях, отсутствует. его повредило дождем. из этого можно сделать вывод об инженерных талантах архитектора в целом - душ в главной ванный изначально был сломан. пришлось обращаться к персоналу, чтобы его починить. он сперва попытался перевесить исправную лейку из другой ванной -В одной из спален на втором этаже вообще нет шкафа для хранения вещей Что касается обслуживания: -Уборка организована странно - убираются только в нескольких комнатах за раз в день. Т.е две спальни сегодня, а две в другой день -Не было базовых банных наборов в спальнях. гель для душа, шампунь иногда были разбавлены водой -Не работали автоматические освежители воздуха в некоторых спальнях Поняв количество недоработок, я решил не устраивать разбор полетов и плыть по течению. Подводя итоги, вилла не стоит своих денег. Оцениваю в честные 6/10

Location, everything was close by bike. Modern renovation. The reason why we chose this villa was the price (it was the lowest of what suited us and quite nice), we also wanted to watch movies on the projector (it didn't work, but I don't blame anyone for that, the weather in Bali is tough, it wouldn't have been able to work for long outside).

The staff doesn't know what does it mean “clean”, the toilet was dirty from the moment we arrived until the end (although they cleaned it every day), there was someone's hair lying behind the toilet, the glass was all streaked with water (from the moment we arrived until the end), they most likely only washed the floor (sometimes they took the dishes from the room, but not always). Overall it didn't feel like you were living in perfect cleanliness (but this can be fixed if someone monitors the quality of cleaning, this will greatly change the attitude towards the villa). Overall, the villa looks like the photo, stylish, beautiful, modern, but somehow it was uncomfortable (we have something to compare with, on this trip we had 2 more villas in other areas), there is a lot of space, but it is senselessly empty (these are purely our nitpicks, but if we can somehow fix it, people will be comfortable living there). The air conditioners in the bedroom are installed in such a way that they blow directly onto the bed, because of this our child could not sleep in the bedroom so as not to get sick (it is hot without air conditioning), and slept in the living room several times with grandma. The most important thing is that the communication on Booking is not professional enough. It is obvious that this is a private villa, maybe the only one in the property, the correspondence does not look like with the management company, but looks like someone just started a business (sorry, but this is my opinion, again there is something to compare with). We were accused of the fact that there were 10 of us staying (the staff counted it this way, I don’t know how, if by shoes, then it’s funny, each of us had at least 3-4 pairs with us), although there were 7 of us staying, and this villa could not even accommodate 10 (only 4 beds), and there was no point in us lying. Therefore, I would work on communication, this villa has good prospects.

The villa was amazing, and I would always want to stay there. Its a brilliant layout, with amazing amenities. Very clean, very high end.

No breakfast option at the villa, which would have been nice to be able to order breakfast or have the option of a butler service. I would have also liked if a laundry service could be offered through the villa staff or even a washing machine and dryer would be great for guest to use.
