La ubicación buena, muy cerca de la playa. Playa con piedras y rápidamente cubre.
El ruido que hay en la zona del edificio, sobre todo de madrugada (motos y camión de la basura) y por la mañana temprano de la cafetería que hay debajo.

La ubicación y limpieza de la casa. No le faltaba detalle. Facilidades para recoger las llaves
Por la noche había un bar abajo que hacía mucho ruido y por la mañana bien temprano los chillidos de las gaviotas
