Filion Apartments Nafplio

The apartment was super clean and spacious, including a double bed, kitchen, large fridge, a comfortable bathroom, and a small living room with a sofa, table and chairs near the entrance. The host was waiting for us and gave us the keys in person. We especially liked the mattress, which was totally new, clean, super comfortable and ergonomic. We were tired from travelling after work and truly had a restful sleep! The location is out of Nafplio (in the area called Aria) but still 5' mins from Nafplion centre.

The apartment directly faces the street, which leaves little privacy and makes it difficult to keep the windows open to get fresh air. There is no door between the bedroom and the rest of the spaces, which makes it difficult for anyone who wants to rest while others are active when there is more than one person in the apartment.

The apartment is a short drive to the centre of Nafplio and to Karathona Beach. The apartment is brand new and the facilities are excellent. It was a great place to rest and relax and you have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed 8 nights and we would choose this property to come back and stay again the next time that we are in Nafplio.

Άνετο δωμάτιο για οικογένεια, με όλα τα απαραίτητα (κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, πολύ καλό ίντερνετ, bonus οι 2 smart τηλεοράσεις) και επιπλέον θέση πάρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά από το κατάλυμα. Η ντουζιέρα ήταν πολύ καλή, με άφθονο ζεστό νερό κάθε στιγμή και αυτό είναι σημαντικό όταν έχεις πάει διακοπές σε μέρη όπου το νερό είναι πολυτέλεια. Εξαιρετικοί άνθρωποι οι ιδιοκτήτες.

Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε παράθυρο. Διαμείναμε Αύγουστο στο δωμάτιο και η τιμή ήταν λίγο ακριβή. Επίσης χρειάζεται ιδιαίτερη προσοχή η έξοδος με το αυτοκίνητο στον κεντρικό δρόμο προς Ναύπλιο γιατί έχει πολύ μεγάλη κίνηση.

Tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con la anfitriona para solicitar poder adelantar un poco el horario de entrada a la vivienda, lo que agradecimos mucho ya que nos vino muy bien en nuestro viaje en coche por Grecia. Nos recibió cálidamente. La propiedad dispone de un aparcamiento privado delante del inmueble. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, incluso algo más bonito y completo. Es nuevo, muy limpio, muy ordenado y dispone de los electrodomésticos y menaje necesarios para una vivienda diaria, es decir mucho mejor que para un apartamento vacacional. La vivienda es grande, clara, bien diseñada, muy bonita y decorada con mucho gusto. Contiene todos los elementos que necesites, un gran frigorífico, lavadora, ketel, cafetera, sandwichera... También teníamos a nuestra disposición café molido, café soluble, azúcar, tes variados... Las camas son cómodas, la cama de matrimonio es muy ancha y confortable. El armario está ubicado en la habitación de matrimonio y es de cuatro cuerpos. Por la noche había silencio lo que permite un descanso fantástico. La anfitriona vive en la planta de arriba y se ofreció desde el inicio a que contactáramos nuevamente con ella si necesitábamos algo. Como teníamos de todo nada más necesitamos. Un aire acondicionado está ubicado en la habitación y también otro en el salón. Delante de la casa dispone de una terraza a la que por la tarde da la sombra, para poder desayunar o cenar... O lo que se desee. En esa terraza también hay un tendedero para la ropa, con las pinzas para que la ropa quede sujeta. Muy cerca del apartamento hay un buen supermercado con precios muy ajustados y el que tiene absolutamente de todo, puesto que es bastante grande. Fue el mejor apartamento de todos los que alquilamos en nuestro viaje por Grecia.

Todo fue fabuloso.
