Disappointed that there were no accessable rooms. Steps to room are higher than standard and difficult for us to negotiate. The room was big and very clean and comfortable. Had to ask for coffee cups. Staff offered to help us and fixed the television that had no signal when we arrived. Phone didn't work.
Breakfast was also disappointing. Had to ask for cups, cereal bowls, butter (there was none). Very limited food selections. No hot food selections. Since there were no tables or chairs in the breakfast room I had to negotiate the steps to get to the room while carrying coffee, juice and food. Thankfully a staff member offered to help me and brought us a fresh glass of juice after I'd spilled one one the steps.

It was like a small apartment.
The lady had 11 hours to get our room ready she was cleaning it when we arrived...not expecting that. The trash truck slammed down the the dumpster woke everyone up. Then a few hours later there was 5 cop cars outside our hotel room. They had our car blocked in dealing with someone's boyfriend. Kinda unsettling to wake up to first thing in the morning.
