Very bad experience with Agoda.com.
The online price for a Deluxe Room at Hotel Radhika was shown as more than ₹8,000 with an “80% discount,” which is completely misleading. The hotel itself does not have any such tariff. This is clear cheating and false pricing by Agoda.
The room provided was substandard and not worth the price paid. I booked the room for 3 persons with one extra bed, but the extra bed supplied had a stinking blanket. The room and bathroom were not clean and not up to any acceptable standard. To make matters worse, the bathroom window glass was broken, which is unsafe and unacceptable.
We were traveling and needed rest for about 8 hours, but due to the poor room condition, we could not rest properly at all. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.
Because of this cheating and horrible experience, I will never book through Agoda again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Hotel Radhika is right at bus stand and highway. Easy connectivity. Room sizes are good and cleaniness etc is reasonable.
