No Receipt upon paying for room tried to overcharge us, no AC in room only a Fan, Remote did not work, hallways had bad smell, and told us checkout was @10:30 came to room @10 to remind us, honestly would not recommend and there's a 50$ deposit.

It was noted that there was parking, but we were not provided with it and were told that there was none. The room was terribly dirty, there were a lot of cockroaches, the staff was not friendly. I booked a room online, when I arrived they said that they didn’t have a reservation and didn’t want to give me a room, although I had all the booking confirmations. The staff doesn't speak English

Owner says “give me deposit “ wasn’t sure if it’s a language barrier but it’s very rude to talk to guests like that. Just a fan for ac and the room smells terrible. Good point was there was a smart tv and shops nearby.

Worst experience in my life, rude and racism very obvious. Called police on me and my child causing me to pay double walking around looking for a room on foot and also spending extra in Lyft to get to the location. I would not recommend this property to anyone no running water there’s roaches and the owners of the property are highly disrespectful.

The Hot water was not working on the first day that I checked in and wifi did not work at during my stay at all and on my last day there I was told I had to check out at 10am but online it had said it was at 11am so I was rushed to check out !!

Worst motel I been to, you can tell they don't wash the sheets, found a bunch of hair on it, saw like 4 roaches, the shower water was off couldn't even shower before checking out, you have to ring a bell to get into the property every time, only street parking, it was cheap but would've rathered spend an extra 40 dollars for something else, I will never go back not even if it was free

Renters beware. this hotel was horrible. The sheets were dirty.. It was roaches and rats.. no parking. No Wi-Fi. It was like someone else was there before we got there.. you had to be in by 10 o’clock, or they lock the doors. It was more like a homeless shelter than a hotel stay. No heat in it was really cold. If you see something online, that’s too good to be true. It usually is.. be aware not rent from this place 🙅‍♀️

First off, I called in advance to let the manager know I would be checking in late because I was coming from out of state. When I finally got there to check in the guy was so rude and demanding! The description on the room I selected said private bathroom and there was no bathroom in my room. I went to use the restroom (shared restroom) and the property didn’t even have any soap or toilet liners! The guy was so rude when my husband went to get hand sanitizer for us to use and came following us for it back. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!!

I didn't stay within 10 minutes I walked to the front and demanded a refund the owner said he pay the$48 for the one day and that hotel.com or Expedia would cover the other part of the $85... This place was interesting to say the least. They have a parking lot and are located on a busy street. They tell you that you cannot have visitors of any kind… no food delivery, nothing! This place also operates as a residential property. So, you hear everything! They have shared bathrooms, very clean and well stocked. Cameras everywhere, the staff are constantly watching you… creepy. You have to ring the doorbell to get in after 10pm. Just a strange setup. All the gates were padlocked leaving only 1 way in and 1 way out of the property. The rooms had no internal lock or deadbolt, just a keyed doorknobs. Probably wouldn’t go back.
