Very quite neighborhood, fully equipped kitchen, pedal bikes available, kids toys, board games, stand up /sit down desk in den. Black out curtains in every room. Keyless entry system. 2 car garage. Yoga mats and free weights available. TVs have Roku sticks with cable. High quality propane grill and table in the screened in lanai.

Paulo was an excellent host, with good communications before and during the stay. The fridge stopped working the day we arrived, and he had someone look at it right away and a replacement arrive the next day. Can't ask much more from a host.
The house was very clean on arrival and it's probably the best equipped VRBO we've stayed in when it comes to amenities, including everything needed for a trip to the beach and a gym in the garage. Might want to add some more glasses and plates to cut down on needing to run the dishwasher.
Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors and in a good central location for a stay in Palm Coast or a trip to Daytona or St. Augustine.
