I enjoyed the tucked away home while the location wasn’t far from all kinds of different entertainment. The hot tub was nice and ready. Plenty of space to play games with the family and cook.

This was one of the quietest places we have ever stayed. It was dark and really gave us time to unwind. We got to see some wild turkeys on the property and there was plenty of space for our dog to sniff and explore.The space was comfortable and even thought the front porch is small, it was nice to sit outside and write for a while. The hot tub is in excellent shape and it was a surprise benefit not to have to take the top on and off. We would highly recommend this rental in the future.We did have some communication issues - not with the owner, but with Evolve which was really not helpful at all. I am not sure how they have come to be added to VRBO (or why), but it was a frustrating extra step that served as an obstacle to connecting with the host.Additionally, the neighboring property is a bit cluttered with old vehicles, but there is a privacy fence, so once you are at the house you don't really see it. And the neighbors were relatively quiet so that wasn't an issue at all.

The host was super responsive. The location is great, far enough away from the city but close enough to get everywhere. The house was decorated cute but could use some updates. The beds were not comfortable. The kitchen says fully stocked but the pots and pans were in desperate need of repair and definitely lacking in basic kitchen items such as cookie sheets, Pyrex baking dishes, strainer for pasta etc. I will say the host was super responsive and delivered a new pot for us to use. So that was very appreciated. The host also
