About this cabin rental
Peaceful Pines is a beautiful, luxurious mid-century cabin where the main objective is relaxation. Great for a girls weekend, multiple family or generation trips! Plenty of room to stretch out and have your own space. Go hiking, swim at the pools, go golfing, use the projector on the covered porch, curl up in front of the fire with a good book or play board games. Peaceful Pines cabin offers all of that and more. We are less than 2 hours outside of DC, but it feels like a world away.
NEWLY RENOVATED
Completely renovated in 2023, the cabin has 2.5 new, luxury bathrooms, four bedrooms and a fully stocked renovated kitchen with granite countertops. The newly decorated bedrooms have top-of-the-line mattresses and linens. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with a king bed. The main floor bathroom is completely remodeled with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, there is a queen en-suite bedroom (brand new bathroom!), and an open loft with a queen bed, sleeper sofa and a new half bath.
The A-frame cabin has a beautiful open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and full glass rear view that is private with nothing but the woods and golf course behind it. Sunsets are amazing looking out the back.
On the side of the house is a large screened in porch with a daybed, a movie screen, outdoor dining, and lots of games. There is also a back deck for sipping your coffee in the morning and grilling in the evening. The backyard backs up to the golf course and features a firepit with deep Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the evening and making s’mores.
THE WOODS AMENITIES
The cabin also has access to all the amenities of The Woods. We provide two free passes (each pass allows entrance for the full day per person). This includes two outdoor pools (when in season), tennis courts, pickleball courts, an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center - and more! Check out the woods. com for a full listing of what they have. Golf has additional fees - but we are right on one of the two golf courses. Additional passes can be purchased at cost for $6pp per day. Please message me in your booking if you would like additional passes.

The cabin was lovely. We especially enjoyed the cozy screened in porch and playing board games. The Woods resorts was also a lot of fun with lots to offer. All equipment is provided for pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, etc. The pools were not crowded and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay and liked being able to take our dog. Heidi was responsive and helpful with questions or issues.

This is 5 stars across the board! Highly recommend for any sort of getaway. Cabin is beautiful, with a picturesque window is as a plus. Heidi was extemely responsive and helpful!
