Welcome to the Papaya House where you can relax, unwind, listen to some tunes or have some good old fashion fun!
This 3 bed, 1.5 bath is walking distance to the Masters, Lake Olmstead trailhead, minutes to downtown and has all sorts of fun toys to entertain you during your stay. From board games inside, a record player, outdoor games, multiple sitting areas, fire pit and workout gear with 2 e-bikes to use - you won’t be bored while you’re here! If you just want a good rest after walking the hospital or golf course, our beds won’t disappoint. We rented our home for years in Evans and had so much fun hearing all the rental stories that we decided to get a rental for real!
