About this apartment rental
House Chloe is a cozy renovated 2 bedroom apartment (60m2) is located on a mini-resort in the local Montaña district. It is built in the basement and has its entrance at the rear of the plot where the terrace is also located.
The spacious living room with air conditioning and fully equipped open kitchen is equipped with a sofa, a comfortable armchair, a 4-person dining area and a flat-screen TV (55 inches) with IPTV so that all channels (Formula 1, ESPN, Netflix, etc.) can be watched. The power outlets are 110V (U.S. plug).
The 2 bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed and air conditioning and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The large closets have plenty of clothes hangers. The rear bedroom is only accessible through the front bedroom where the bathroom is also located. Please take this into account in case of any privacy wishes!!
There is a terrace at front and the back of the apartment. On the beautifully paved enclosed grounds with an electronic gate, there are 2 more apartments, 'Casa Kaya' and 'Casa Chloe'. There are 2 carports available for parking the car.
Location
House Chloe is a 10-minute drive from the famous beaches Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach. There are various restaurants and recreational areas nearby. The lively center of Willemstad with its many restaurants and shops, and the beautifully illuminated pontoon bridge, can be reached within 10 minutes, and the airport is a 30-minute drive away.
Within 30-35 minutes, you can reach the most beautiful natural beaches and bays of Curaçao, such as Daaibooi, Porto Marie, Cas Abou, and Lagun. If you drive a bit further towards Westpunt, you will find the pristine white beaches of Grote Knip and Kleine Knip, and at Cas Grandi, you can enjoy swimming, diving, and snorkeling with turtles.
