Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The location is perfect. The size of units are nice for 2 people or small family. Better pots and pans would be nice and more attention to cleaning.

Loved the property! Pool was fantastic!! The unit was fab minus the stove only half working. 2 burners didn’t work. Absolutely 10/10 stay!

Awkward layout. There is a sectional with a trundle on top floor. It was broken and unusable. The property managers addressed it immediately and offered a partial credit for the inconvenience. That said, this place is really just for 2 adults or 1 adult and little kids. The sofa on the first floor is NOT a pull-out. There isn't much casual seating. My kid sat on the stairs to watch TV. The kitchen is teeny tiny. Not much in the pantry so bring everything you need.
This place is okay but needs work. Tiles is bathroom are loose on the floor. The floors and bed squeak. It would be fine for a night or two but I won't be renting this spot again.
