It’s a cute, clean and conveniently located hotel. I booked 2 months in advance.
I arrived late from an international flight, around 10pm. Checkout is at 10am. I was surprised when I asked to extend my checkout from 10am until noon. There was an additional $30 charge; I guess it was to be expected. There were only a few guests and the room they gave me overlooked a lighted parking lot, when I asked to be moved on the other side of the building to look at the marina they said they couldn’t do that unless I paid to upgrade.
There was no complimentary amenities like water or tea or instant coffee., but there was an electric kettle. There isn’t a hotel restaurant or anyway to get a coffee. I was on European time and I had to wait until 7am to go to the local restaurant where they served excellent coffee and a delicious breakfast.
In summary, be sure to take drinks and snacks if you’re spending the night.

Nice Hotel with Friendly Staff. It is possible to store the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Also possible to have a shower at the day of check-out which is really nice if you do have an evening flight.
