No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyed the stay . Condo was very clean . Disappointed that the way the furniture was arranged we were NOT supposed to use the fireplace. Not sure what was going on with the bed but it definitely was not the same size as our queen bed at home . Also we personally thought it would have been better to have the smart tv with access to Netflix and you tube tv would have been better in the living room not just in the bedroom. The kitchen was very small which we didn’t cook but using the glasses it was hard to get the dishwasher door open enough to put glasses and utensils inside because the refrigerator kept the dishwasher door from opening properly . For just a couple it was nice and what we needed . But we would not have been able to cook and use the dishwasher properly.
