Located between Negril and the south coast. This property sits on 2 acres with over 300 feet of private panoramic beachfront along Jamaica’s pristine southwestern shores . It also has a refreshing and serene stream which runs to the sea. The property is very private with an expansive outdoor area for lounging, dining, relaxing and soaking up the sun. It is comprised of two villas, a one bedroom and a two bedroom. Combined the villas can accommodate up to 10 persons.
The property is strategically located between Negril and the famous attractions of the South Coast such as YS Falls, Appleton Estate, Pelican Bar, Black River Safari, Peter Tosh Monument, Jam West Park, and Mayfield Falls .
It is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and Hospital. There is a caretaker and the services of a chef, masseuse, housekeeper and beautician are offered at an additional cost.

Needed a place for my family and mother in law and cousin. Was perfect for that size group. Loved the outdoor kitchen and being able to be on the water every morning.
