Access to the whole house minus the laundry room/storage area downstairs. Laundry amenities will be provided on 3 day stays or more. Access code is required to enter the laundry area.

The Cozy Stay is located near the front entrance of the neighborhood. Possible noise from cars passing.

Property has stairs leading up to the front door and within the home to get to the bottom level where the laundry room,
Please keep all cars to the driveway. If street parking is needed park directly in front of the home facing the stop sign.

The house is very comfortable and clean. I had family visit while I was there, and we had everything we needed. The beds and living room furniture are comfortable, and the decorations make the place feel “homey.” It’s just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Parkville, and about 15 minutes from my family’s home, so I would definitely rent again.

A perfectly quiet and cozy place to call 'home' for a few days. Savannah had all the necessities and nothing was overlooked from the tidiness to the comfortability. We would definitely book this 'cozy cottage' again!!

Clean and welcoming. When you enter the door you are blasted with perfume spray or cleaner which is enough to take your breath away. I wish we were told this was a duplex and not a house as listed. A day before we were to come, the owner told us we couldn’t leave our dog. Luckily we had a crate and she ended up allowing us too. We wouldn’t have booked if we couldn’t leave the dog there. We were only there to sleep so we never used any appliances. The beds were awful. We kept sinking to the middle. The road noise next to us was super loud.
