Newly built vacation cottage steps from the Waveland Beach. Coastal furnishings, large porches, covered entertainment area, custom fire pit, EV Charger, games, and tv’s in both bedrooms.
A short walk to the Lighthouse, Veterans Park, Dining, & the Beach! Full Kitchen, Fiber Internet, & Abundant Covered Entertaining Areas. Extras include a porch bed, gas grill, beach gear, cornhole, and more. Pack your bags & leave your worries behind - embrace tranquility and joy - your paradise awaits. The home features two private bedrooms with queen beds and a pullout bed in the couch for comfortable sleeping for six. Pack & Play for infants/toddlers available upon request. Pets are permitted with a pet fee per animal; a percentage of this fee is donated to the local Animal Shelter. We have a cold water outdoor shower, smart TV’s, games, and a large yard.

Jacob was an incredible host! He and his family are so welcoming and the house was immaculate and nicely redone. The porch swing quickly became one of our favorite places to hang out together.

We spent just over 6 weeks at this beautiful little cottage near the pretty and quiet beach. Walking down the path at the beach was a daily ritual, except for the one day when it rained all day. We were faster getting there than expected and it was easily arranged for us to get an extra day at the start of our stay. Was nice to get settled after days on the road and staying in hotels. Was also nice to have a BBQ and a place to cook after numerous meals on the road. However there are lots of good restaurants not far away! Communication with Jacob effortless.

We stayed for a few minutes visiting family and stayed in this wonderful cottage. We loved everything about it. The owner was wonderful when simple issues arose. Would definitely stay again. Would suggest a set of small cups to make it easier for kids to drink stuff from.
