When we visit family in the Chicago area we routinely stay at this house. It works perfectly for us and we are happy to return. Very comfortable and clean with a contemporary look and very nice appliances.

We stayed here for four nights in April 2026 as a base of operations to visit my son, his wife, and their new baby. It was me, my wife, and two adult daughters plus my 18-month-old grandson. The property is in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to everything you need. The property is nicely renovated and well maintained. It was also spotlessly clean! We would highly recommend this property when visiting Arlington Heights and the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!

Great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Old but adequate and nicely updated. Second bathroom is very small.
