The unit is conveniently located across the street from the southbound free Island Trolley, providing easy access to all corners of the island with runs every 20-30 minutes until 10 p.m. Enjoy proximity to an amazing public park offering basketball, tennis, and pickle-ball courts, as well as a great dog park catering to both large and small breeds! Location is key, and Coastal Retreat is just half a block from the white sand beach with a dedicated beach access and covered benches. Situated in Holmes Beach, the 'hub' of Anna Maria Island, you have Anna Maria City to the North and Bradenton Beach to the South. Ample free on-site parking, including space for RVs and boat trailers, ensures convenience.
The unit comfortably sleeps 6, featuring a KING bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom (craftmatic adjustable/vibrating/remote), and a pullout Queen couch. The full bathroom includes a tub, and the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances has a dining table that seats 4.
The backyard has been transformed with high-end luxury turf, providing a soft and pet-friendly space. Additional amenities include a brand new washer/dryer, two outdoor tables with seating areas, umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels.
Relax, unwind, and create new memories in our clean, un-fussy, simply styled beach house with a fenced yard. Come to Paradise and enjoy it like a local.
Anna Maria Island is a slice of paradise, laid back and comfortable with award winning restaurants and plenty to do on a rainy day. The 7 mile island is comprised of 3 cities, Anna Maria to the North and Bradenton Beach to the South. Our beach house is located in the center (the hub) of the island, in Holmes Beach less than a block to the Gulf and public beach access.
Free Trolley cruises the 7 miles north then south daily along the island and has transfers to city bus for trips to Bradenton and Sarasota for small fee. The island trolley is FREE and after it stops running nightly, the MONKEY BUS is a free ride home from restaurants and bars for only tips. The island is walkable but some s-curves are dangerous, stay off the roadway and pay attention to the crosswalks for safety. We also have bike paths throughout. You can rent golf carts or scooter for additional transportation.
"You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."
*Exceeding the noise ordinance and occupancy limit could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or immediate termination of your rental agreement without refund.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
Parking is very limited on the island and at homes. Please plan accordingly.
A separate rental agreement will be required after booking
*Two small/medium dogs with approval, guest will pay a non refundable pet fee (2 max).

We had a wonderful stay! The duplex was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. We were only steps from the beach and had a private back yard for relaxing in the evening. We brought out two small dogs and the backyard was perfect for them. We left loved everything about it! We will certainly stay here again.

This unit was one short block from the beach which was great. The backyard was perfect for the afternoon to get away from the beach and read while still enjoying the sun. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beach chairs were in great shape as was the beach wagon. The beds were a tad lumpy; the floors were hard to keep clean from the sand, due to the pattern on the floor, the furniture dated, the toaster burnt the bottom half of the bread...it didn't work well.We spent a month in the unit and although it was a tad small, I would recommend this place, even with some small faults.

We needed a place on short notice due to a renovation. Everyone was very helpful...weather for the month of January could have been better...lol. Place was great!
