LA Pastourelle 3 - Bonneval SUR ARC

Welcome to Bonneval sur Arc, the most beautiful village in France! It is in this building made of the traditional freestones and slate roofs that characterize the buildings of the village that you will stay, as close as possible to the slopes (150m from the Vallonnet chairlift), paths and marmots! La Pastourelle 3 offers a very nice terrace and adjoining land, with direct access to the ski lifts and ski-to-door return. Chalet comprising 3 gites and the owners' house. 1 private parking space plowed in winter. Apartment on the ground floor: access from the reception (at parking/street level) by a staircase descending over 3 floors, then apartment on one level. Living room-lounge-kitchen with terrace and land (shared), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 80x200 cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds closed 90x190 cm bunk) , bathroom (shower), separate wc. Common ski room with boot dryer. A former hotel that has become a gîte, La Pastourelle is located at the foot of the slopes. It offers spacious and comfortable apartments, with a soothing and unobstructed view of the ski area (from where you can hear the Arc below). Its atypical configuration and its southern exposure allow you to enjoy a pleasantly exposed living room
