About this house rental
14 km from Lake Aiguebelette, this house closer to nature is elegant and refined. The large sheltered terrace overlooks a charming little barnyard with a few hens without their roosters, the Germaine goose and the Maurice gander as well as Poly the pony. Here, farm animals delight children and adults alike! Lake and leisure center in Romagnieu 10 km, Via Rhôna cycle path in St Genix sur Guiers 9 km, St Jacques de Compostela trail 5 km, Walibi amusement park 16 km. Gite in a house adjoining that of the owners, with independent access (3 steps) comprising an entrance hall, a living room-kitchen lounge area (Bluetooth speaker), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 180x200 cm), a bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC (washbasin). Sheltered terrace 30 m². Electric vehicle charging socket (7.2 KWH). In the heart of a hilly countryside, this country house has been renovated with respect for an environmental approach that promotes the ecological qualities of the facilities and natural materials. The lime/hemp walls as well as the terracotta floor give the living room a pleasant country character. The 30 m² terrace benefits from a very beautiful open view of the countryside, a space fitted out for a lunch around the plancha or a moment of relaxation in the garden furniture.

The property and description were exactly as described and shown in the photos. We have stayed in this area numerous times over the last 15 years. Its our favourite area of France. This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in anywhere and would highly recommend it. The area is a little remote, but we love this. The property was clean, well designed, maintained and well fitted out with everything you need for a great holiday. We especially loved and used the covered balcony area with its beautiful views and watching and listening to your geese, hens, dogs. (To perspective visitors don't let this put you off. The sounds and sights were not intrusive and the antics of the various animals are fun to watch from the balcony.) My only reservation in giving this such a glowing report is that others will book this before we can. We definitely want to return again. Thank you for a great holiday and wonderful memories we have as a family of our time in your property.
