The home was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the backyard view extremely relaxing.

Very comfortable with lots of space, good for a family stay. Clean and cozy. Check in and check out are very easy. Close to the university and downtown.

The original advertisement stated there were two bathrooms. We had six people and one shower! Decor is old looking dated, and there was no consideration of guests using closets and or dressers. The homeowners personal items Were everywhere. We also had an ant infestation in the kitchen. It could be a lovely rental if it was updated.
