The Space:
When you enter the front door, to your right is the half bath, and to the left is the main living room looking out toward the Elden and San Francisco peaks! Around the corner is the primary bedroom, and next door is the fully stock kitchen and indoor dining area! Out the slider door are the backyard set up with tables, swinging lounge chairs, a fire pit, a bbq, and a hot tub! From the main living room up the stairs are the second King bedroom, upstairs bathroom, twin trundle room, and second living room area with a sleeper sofa. Downstairs from the main living room are the movie theater, games, living room, and downstairs King bedroom with attached bathroom.

Cooling is provided via central A/C in the main areas (kitchen, primary bedroom, great room) and window units in the two upstairs bedrooms. The rest of the home benefits from Flagstaff’s cool mountain air—just crack a window and let nature do the rest. The bunk bedroom also stays comfortable when doors are left open.
➼Traveling with Little Ones? We’ve partnered with BabyQuip to make family travel easier. Guests can rent a sanitized pack ’n play and high chair, delivered directly to the property for your convenience. Rental costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be arranged easily through BabyQuip.
➼Parking
The home has a large driveway that accommodates 2–3 guest vehicles comfortably. A portion of the driveway is shared with neighboring homes. Please drive slowly and remain courteous to others when entering and exiting. We appreciate your care in helping us maintain a respectful and safe environment for all.
➼Winter Guests:
Flagstaff is a magical winter destination—and we make sure you're ready to enjoy it. Our contracted snow removal team clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your reservation, so your arrival and mobility are always a priority. For added convenience, we provide a snow shovel and ice melt at the property to help keep entryways safe during your stay.
Please note: While we prepare the property thoroughly regardless of weather conditions, city-managed street clearing schedules are outside our control. If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend arriving before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries in advance. This way, you can enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of the home without travel interruptions. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we do not issue refunds for weather-related delays.
➼Pet Policy: As much as we love four-legged companions, this home is pet-free. Thanks for your understanding!
➼No Parties or Events: To maintain the peaceful nature of our neighborhood and the quality of our home, we do not allow parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Flagstaff enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our community. House rules are thoughtfully enforced.
➼Hot Tub Use & Guidelines
To keep the hot tub clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that guests shower before use to prevent oils, lotions, and debris from affecting the water balance. The hot tub is professionally serviced, but maintaining proper pH levels is a shared effort. Please also avoid glass near the spa and always supervise children. Use the cover when not in use to preserve heat and cleanliness. Thank you for helping us care of our spa!
➼Fire Pit Etiquette & Safety
Our propane-fueled fire pit is perfect for evening chats and s’mores under the stars. For safety, never leave the flame unattended, keep a clear area around the pit, and ensure the gas is fully turned off after use. Once cooled, please replace the cover to protect the unit and maintain performance.
➼Neighborhood Noise: Our home is conveniently located near major routes through Flagstaff, which means you may occasionally hear ambient noise from nearby freeway traffic or passing trains. Flagstaff is an active rail corridor, and train activity can occur at any hour of the day or night. We want to set transparent expectations so you can plan accordingly!

We love to get out of town for our anniversary. This cabin was the perfect vacation! It's beautiful and big, with forest views 360 degrees. Walking trails were perfect, everything was super quiet. We would definitely come back!

Wow! The cabin was everything we hoped for and more. The furnishings were tastefully appointed and incredibly cozy. The location—right on the edge of the forest—was absolutely stunning. We loved hiking through the woods, making s’mores on the patio under the stars and watching Sunday football in the theater! Communicating with the owner was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This house and the Dwell team are amazing. This house is on an 8 acre lot that backs to the national forest. The bunk room easily sleeps 4. The beds are comfortable. The towels are plentiful. And the views are endless during the day and the stars are infinite during the nights.Any issues we had with the house were immediately addressed by the Dwell team. If you want a private luxury cabin in Flagstaff, this is the house for you. All of the attached photos are with a handheld iPhone. The canyon trail is the hike you can take directly out of the back of the house.

This house was absolutely amazing. The Dwell Team was awesome and kept in constant communication with us. The house, even though it's on a dirt road in the forest, was amazingly clean! The entire house was well maintained, clean, well stocked and we felt at home! The theater room was amazing and the evening herd of elk at the front of the house was an added treat! Thank you, this property is amazing!
