Welcome to El Perdal! This is a perfect house for families looking to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava. With capacity for up to 11 people, this accommodation is ideal for family gatherings or group holidays.

Distribution and Bedrooms

The house has 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor and the other 3 upstairs. We have 8 beds in total: 2 king-size double beds, 5 single beds and 1 double sofa bed upstairs in the entrance. So everyone will have their space to rest after a day full of beach and adventures.

Bathrooms and Amenities

There are 3 bathrooms in the property: 2 with shower (a full bathroom on the ground floor) and 1 toilet. All are well equipped so the whole family is comfortable.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The American induction kitchen is the heart of the home. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the kitchen utensils you need. Cooking with family has never been so easy!

Air Conditioning and Comfort

Air conditioning throughout the house to maintain the perfect temperature during the warm months. We also have heat pump heating for the cooler days. High-speed WiFi internet so everyone can connect whenever they need to.

We have 1 private garage space in the same building, so your vehicle will be safe and protected.

Private Garden and Swimming Pool

The 775 square metre garden is a gem. It features a private swimming pool with a hot tub perfect for cooling off on hot days. There are multiple relaxation areas and outdoor tables. The built-in barbecue is ideal for preparing delicious family meals. The garden is completely fenced and furnished with garden furniture for your comfort.

Entertainment

Television is a Smart TV with access to channels in Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French and Arabic. Perfect for everyone to find something to watch.

The beach is only 350 metres away! Ideal for families who want to enjoy the sea. The village of Torroella de Montgrí is 8 km away, where you'll find shops, restaurants and local life. The Raül Girona supermarket, open all year round, is 6 km away. For golf lovers, Empordà Golf is 6 km away. Girona Airport is 52 km away and Flaçà train station is 23 km away.

Pets are allowed in the house (if you wish to bring more than 1 please contact us). Bring your furry companion so they can enjoy the holiday too!

Important Information

Reasonable consumption of 25 kW daily is included in the price. In the case of monthly rental outside season with discount, electricity is not included and is paid separately. Groups for parties are not allowed and smoking is not permitted on the property.
