Lovely holiday home with attached guest house in Klinta/Köpingsvik on Öland where you have only 400m to a cooling dip in the sea and a guaranteed summer feeling. Here you live in a quiet, private location in the middle of Öland's holiday paradise Köpingsvik. Follow the beautiful dirt road down to the sea where you can enjoy lovely beaches, bathing piers and beautiful nature. Here is the lovely beach promenade which really invites you to a pleasant walk into the bakery to buy the morning bread or a jogging round which is perhaps best finished with a dip in the blue. The house has a large living room with sofa group, dining room furniture and kitchen. In the large house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180cm and a double bed of 140cm. The large garden is nestled in greenery and here you have a large, pleasant patio deck with outdoor furniture in different directions depending on whether you want sun or shade. You have a nice glazed conservatory where you can enjoy your meals. In the guest house right next door, there are two more bedrooms with separate entrances if desired, one with two single beds and one with an extra bed. There are two toilets with sinks in the main house. There is a shower in the bathroom located next to the bedroom with a double bed. Washing machine available. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups or for parties. In Köpingsvik there is one of Öland's most popular beaches and here you can enjoy a variety of nice restaurants, bars and ice cream cafes. You are also close to Borgholm, where you have an even greater selection and a lovely atmosphere. Also, don't miss visiting the beautiful Borgholm castle ruins. Have a nice vacation.
