Lovely bright garden level apartment located on Wellington Place, part of a tall Georgian period terraced property, and convenient for City Centre.
This bright apartment looks out onto the immaculately-kept lawn & garden and comprises a separate door entrance, large living room with dining area, a separate kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Secure parking is available to the rear of the property.
Unfortunately this Apartment Block is NOT ANIMAL FRIENDLY
The Space:
The apartment is perfectly located for work and pleasure. It's across the road from the bird sanctuary making for a peaceful but chirpy environment. Both Ballsbridge and Donnybrook Villages are within close walking distance offering an array of fashionable shops, boutiques and restaurants. A wide range of recreational facilities is nearby such as Herbert Park — which includes bowling greens, football pitches, tennis courts and children's playground. Meanwhile, St Stephen's Green and the City Centre is 15 minutes walk away.
Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately due to Management Rules, we cannot host Pets at this property.
However we do have other properties that are Pet Friendly. Send us a message at [email protected] to see location options.
We’re happy to provide a travel cot for your stay. Just to clarify, in Ireland a “cot” refers to a baby crib, suitable for infants and young children.
As cots are stored off-site, a small fee applies for delivery and collection. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure it’s delivered in time for your check-in.
