Designed for alfresco living, the property enjoys a terrace that forms a natural extension to the open-plan living area and is furnished with a dining table and chairs - the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of local wine.
Inside the spacious living room is connected to the terrace with floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors, this area is furnished with a breakfast table and chairs, a flat-screen digital HDTV and a comfortable sofa single bed. The separate kitchen is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
