The outdoor bar has a gas grill, sink, prep area, dining table, bar stools, and chaise lounges — a complete outdoor entertaining setup that guests consistently describe as the highlight of the stay. It's private, well-shaded, and genuinely resort-level for a duplex property.
Two bedrooms sleep four. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. In-unit washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi included.
The beach is a short walk. Local restaurants, cafés, and shops are within easy walking distance. The free AMI trolley stops nearby. The property is within walking distance of the Anna Maria Island festival grounds — making this a strong base for guests visiting during the island's popular events and markets.
Pet-friendly with a $150 non-refundable fee. One parking space included.

Property was clean when we arrived, pool was cleaned twice during the week. The kitchen had the bare minimum but was functional. There was no potholders so we had to improvise with dish towels. The primary bedroom has a door to access pool. Primary has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a king. When I read reviews I didn't see any that mentioned the fire station was across the street, sirens were very loud even at 1-2am! The driveway is off of Marina dr and it was hard sometimes to head to AMI with traffic, I found it easier to turn down 61st then head towards AMI. The dog park is very close. It was an easy walk to Ugly Grouper. The beach access from house was a hike, preferred to drive and park closer.
