The staff behaviour is very rude and harsh, where I have booked through Agoda and arrived at 2:00PM to check-in, however the Receptionist denied the entry as I need to pay extra Rs. 200 per day to his own personal scanner and I denied saying that I have paid enough while booking and later he was not listening so I agreed to pay once I see the room. While going on stairs (Since there's no lift as well) he was bitching saying that I didn't paid the money with other guy in Hindi considering that I don't know Hindi. After getting into the room, there was no AC and Geyser and the roof was having leakages. Asked for other room they denied saying it's the only room. Later I have connected with Customer support executive of Agoda, even to the customer support executive when I have called Receptionist was very rude. And he agreed to get the AC repaired in two days and asked me to adjust. All these took almost till 03:45PM. Had to cancel or push many meetings while these things going on. And had meeting at 4pm and around 4:30-5PM other customer support executive called me saying that there's another property of the same owner at different location and they agreed to change to other location without any additional cost and I said I will change after 8PM as I have many meetings scheduled. As soon as the Receptionist got to know this out by 5:30PM, he came and made so much unnecessary drama at my room and made me to vacate immediately within next 2 minutes.
I felt like staying on Road would be much more better and peaceful than these insulting behaviour of the Receptionist.

Never ever dare to book this hotel. Photos on the Agoda portal is completely different than the real picture.

Disappointing Experience
The stay was marked by several issues, particularly with cleanliness and facilities, which left much to be desired. While the location offered decent shopping options, it fell short in terms of sleep quality and transport convenience. The staff were friendly, but that couldn't compensate for the lack of basic amenities and a satisfactory bathroom experience. Overall, it didn't provide good value for money or a comfortable stay.

I stayed there for 2-3 days since I had already booked and released payment *** but the hotel was pathetic, so worst smell and bathrooms pathetic, and rats kept on fighting on bathroom top and acs not working, nothing provided except a rotten and dirty room with bathrooms very dirty. Real pictures are different than the one uploaded by hotel. Please check once before paying this hotel.
