Location is great. Just about 300 meters from the train station, everything was easily reachable. The big and a quite lobby was very good to work even out of your room space.

I do not have anything to say here as everthing was remarkable.

Convenient location, and the room had everything I needed and more. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

There was frequent noise from cleaning trolleys rolling back and forth in the hallway, which could be quite disruptive. Installing quieter wheels and minimizing trolley traffic near guest rooms would significantly improve the guest experience.

Staff at the reception are overwhelming. Bharat , Valeria, Lin, Colin, Agnes, and all other staff are always looking for the opportunity to help, no matter whether it is related to the stay or with touring around, or how I can get my daughter to her university, or where I can buy fresh fruits. All of them were on top. Extra cleanliness and hygiene not only in the room but also in tastefully designed common areas.

There is nothing for me to write here. Everything was fantastic.

The location is good for those with a car, as the parking in front and behind the hotel was free, allowing you to avoid the city center. There was a tram stop 5 min from the hotel and a train station about 6–7 min away. The hotel is in a new building, so the facilities are also new. The reception staff were very polite. The cleaning service was available whenever we requested a change of towels and bed linens.

There was a serious issue with the heating. The room was cold because the heating was not functional, and a cover blocked the flow of warmth. On the second day, when we requested cleaning, the window was left open with an outside temperature of -4°C, which the reception admitted was unacceptable. The same happened again on another cleaning day, forcing us to wear sweaters inside the room. Additionally, the bed was small and uncomfortable, negatively affecting the quality of our stay.
