So close to the bus stop for my early morning trip to the airport!

The bed was a bit squeaky, but still comfortable!

The location was good near the station. Easy collection of keys. For the price everything was there we needed

The beds were squeaky small and not overly comfortable.

It was mostly clean & comfortable. Kitchen cupboards, dishes etc would benefit from a good clean.Close to motorway exit which was an advantage. Childs bed was a small sofa, which wasn’t comfortable.

No photos shared of loft room on website. It was adequate for one nights stay. Lots of rules posted around the room like no cooking after 8pm until 7 am which is difficult travelling with children. Conditions on using the toilet if it gets blocked there is a £50 fine. My question would be how can it be determined on who blocked it ! No questions answered when I contacted for information on two separate occasions. Offers parking onsite, we were lucky to have a space, however there is only room for possibly three small cars. No parking information was offered if onsite wasn’t available as it’s mostly double yellow lines on the surrounding roads.

"Studio 2" is on the ground floor which meant no stairs, yeh!! The door to "Studio 2" is fitted with a number lock which meant that you didn't have to remember to take a door key with you to go to the loo (The "Private Bathroom" is a room that is separate from, and outside of, "Studio 2".)

The temperature of the room was suffocating. It may have been January, but I needed to turn the radiator off as the head of the bed was up against the radiator. The room was not cold even though I had turned off the radiator. When I was leaving, I turned the radiator valve back to high. What bugged me the most was the issue of the "Private" Bathroom that came with Studio 2. It was not en-suite. The bathroom, correction, the shower room was outside of the room, in a kind of vestibule. Only there was no lock on the door announcing "Entrance to Studio 2" and, in the vestibule there was one door labelled "Studio 2" and another door labelled "Bathroom." Then, in addition to these two labelled doors there was an under the stairs, padlocked, cupboard with no sign on it at all, none whatsoever. This cupboard appeared to be the House Keepers' linens, towels, cleaning cloths, etc. store, which was kept padlocked. The door, which opened from the communal hallway into the vestibule, had no lock on it and it did not shut properly. So, what with this door being open for anybody to enter, and the shower room quite clearly marked as the "Bathroom" this meant that anybody staying in the house who also did not have an en-suite to their room, could potentially use the "Private" Bathroom, and this rendered it to be not private at all. Plus, of course, it was just my luck that when I returned to "Studio 2" at the end of my third day, somebody had laid claim to the bathroom. I know because they had left a folded towel outside of the shower cubicle as a sort of bathmat, and they continued to use it for at least another two days because the towel did not go until I returned at the end of my 6th day. As I was leaving in the morning, I did not have, by any stretch of imagination, a "Private" bathroom at all, did I?
