Pokój jest bardzo blisko centrum, a mimo to jest tam w nocy super cicho jak na wsi. Okna wychodzą na mokro wewnętrzne podwórko typu "studnia", gdzie rządzą gołębie. Łazienki dwie, jedna maleńka. Generalnie bardzo czysto-zwłaszcza w łazience. Jest aneks kuchenny, pralka i suszarka rozłożona w korytarzu wewnątrz mieszkania.
Nie podobała mi się klatka schodowa (publiczna, niedoświetlona, z toną kurzu) i zapach w pokoju, oraz zapach pościeli, była pewna, ale nie miała w sobie świeżości. Mieszkanie podzielone na wiele małych pokoików. Pokoje nieduże ale przytulne.
