Very neat, with all the facilities you could need. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Safe and secure. We needed to be close to Rollins College so that worked well for us

Detailed instructions and photos are provided to explain where to park, & how to access the guest house. The place is very cozy, clean, & the bed is very comfortable. There is a washer & dryer on premises and a full kitchen. Roy and Leon are very responsive, if you have questions. Added touches include some water, soda, sweets & shampoo, and soap. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe is close to Mead botanical gardens, museums, restaurants, and any activities you want to participate in Winter Park.

I like Coffee, location, and host responsiveness. That was my second stay at this property and first time I suggested to replace shower head for better water pressure and I was really nicely surprised that owner actually did it. Very nice!!

The property was very clean, well stocked and comfortable.
The ceiling lights are too bright and the shower head should be a large rain shower type, not a standard one with a narrow flow.
