A cheap and comfortable apartment with a nice owner

Very nice and responsive owner, very clean flat just next to the sea and a beach, fully equipped kitchen with some spices, oil, tea and coffee, a clean bathroom with all types of cosmetics, walking distance from the train station, good sleeping base for trips to Monaco

Location is between a busy road and train tracks so you hear the noises (although the windows are rather soundproof) - BUT it is clearly shown on the page so we knew what we were booking

No sleep holiday

Close to the beach and shopping.

House situated up close and personal to busy road and railway track. This was not mentioned in their promo. Sleep was impossible due to the constant trains and traffic noise. Not user friendly for familis with small children that need their sleep.

Location in posizione strategica con vista mare

La casa era pulita e ordinata, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, ma credo che il punto forte della struttura sia la sua vicinanza a spiagge e centro, permettendoti di muoverti anche a piedi evitando di dover fare una caccia al tesoro per trovare parcheggio.

La mancanza dell’aria condizionata e il treno che passando anche di notte può dare fastidio magari ai più piccoli che hanno il sonno delicato.

Ottima esperienza consiglio

Posizione strategica a due passi dal mare e da una spiaggia intima e ben curata munita di docce e area cani davvero stupenda, comoda a ogni servizio a due passi troverete un bar e una gastronomia, casa molto spaziosa e pulita, il bagno è ben pensato e in contemporanea si possono sfruttare sia la doccia che la vasca, nella casa c’è tutto il necessario e anche di più, stoviglie piatti asciugamani shampoo bagnoschiuma balsamo ventilatori non le manca davvero nulla, noi sicuramente ci torneremo con molto piacere sopratutto perché il nostro cane è stato ben accolto e il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile

Di fronte c’è il passaggio dei treni e purtroppo per chi ha un sonno leggero non è facile abituarsi al rumore ma per fortuna dall’una alle 4e mezza i treni non passano e si riesce a riposare un po’ se proprio dovessi dare un suggerimento che vale solo nelle giornate di caldo torrido metterei un condizionatore in modo che i doppi vetri vengano chiusi e in quel modo si isolerebbe maggiormente il rumore e la casa sarebbe al fresco e ancora più piacevole, ovviamente è un suggerimento e non una critica il tutto per rendere il soggiorno da dieci e lode

L'appartamento è estremamente pulito la vista mozzafiato ,il treno non si sente o anche se passa non da troppo fastidio, fornito di ogni cosa non manca niente.La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Decisamente torneremo. 🥰😍🤩

Soggiorno rilassante

Il soggiorno alla "Via sul mare" ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e confortevole. Come specificato nell'annuncio, è situato fronte mare e ferrovia. Non facendo ancora caldo, abbiamo dormito con le finestre chiuse e i doppi vetri hanno attutito efficacemente il rumore del passaggio dei treni. Box capiente e posizione comoda: si raggiungono in meno di 10 minuti a piedi sia il lungomare che la parte vecchia della città. Ospite molto gentile e disponibile.

Sapevamo che non era presente il wifi e ci siamo premuniti: forse, soprattutto per visitatori stranieri, sarebbe opportuno aggiungerlo alla dotazione della casa.

Tutto . Casa pulita , vista mozzafiato, proprietari disponibili e gentili in tutto . La sig.ra Palmina che ci ha ricevuto molto professionale e simpatica . Se torniamo in zona sicuramente sceglieremo nuovamente la sua struttura .
