Riverside 3BR with Easy Transport 20mins to City Centre

We arrived really late in the evening but checkin was so easy with the smart lock. We were initially worried because of the previous reviews about cleaning, but Tom reassured us theyve got a new cleaning company and I have to say the flat was spotless! The view across the water was incredible and looks better in person than in the photos!! The kitchens a good size and lots of plates and utensils so easy to cook and eat at home. Tom was very communicative throughout and gave us some great local recommendations. We'll definitely be visiting again!

Very convenient place to many attractions. 4 minutes walk to buses to underground train. The rooms were spacious enough for six of us. The views of the river Thames are stunning both during the night and day. The host was courteous enough to offer us late checkout at no cost.

Very minor, the door to the bathroom needs to be fixed so that it is easy to open and close

The location and view was lovely and access to transport was great. The rooms were all a good size for our group, beds were very comfortable and plenty of nice clean towels. It had everything we needed with just a couple of exceptions. We really enjoyed it although didn't spend much time in it. On the downside, it hot!! (the heating was excessive, which made it a bit uncomfortable and unnecessarily costly); the walls are looking a bit grubby in the bathrooms, the door to the shower room doesn't close (unless forced), the kitchen needs a teatowel and most important, the access code to the flat is very complicated and required several tries each time we came back to the flat.

As mentioned above: 1. Heating could be turned down 2. Walls could do with some paint 3. Bathroom door needs fixing so that it closes properly (especially as there's only one shower for all rooms) 4. Kitchen needs a teatowel 5. Front door to the flat needs a better access lock.

Estaba muy sucio, armarios desarmados, baño con moho, cocina súper sucia, el mal olor del lavavajillas, la manilla de la puerta del baño estaba casi rota, la ducha sin presión. Aunque hay conexión de Uberboat y bus cerca, hasta el centro son 25 minutos.
